Returns / Exchange Policy

If your order is not right for you, we are happy to accept your return or exchange. You can return or exchange your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date. In order to be credited or refunded your item/s must be in the original condition at the time of purchase and in its original box with tags and accessories attached and must not be worn or used. Ausiie does not guarantee against natural wear and tear or damage not related to the manufacturer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (return shipping charges must be paid by customer), we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

• Discounted items up to 50% off may be returned within 7 business days from the day your order arrives.
• Discounted items over 50% off are ALL final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged

Please do not send your item/s back without a RA # and email confirmation. If your items are returned to Ausiie Australia without a confirmation the package will be refused and returned to the customer.
